| Debra Brown is a professional coach and psychotherapist for individuals, couples and groups.
For the past few years as a coach she has assisted people to create
results from their goals in areas such as new business development, organizational
skills, relationship improvement, weight loss, professors on the tenure
track, students completing their PhDs and development and enhancement
of artistic passion.
Debra Brown is a graduate coach from the Mentor Coach Program. She has worked with clients locally, nationally, and internationally in tele-classes, individually, and in virtual groups.
For more than 20 years, Debra has maintained an active clinical psychotherapy practice with individuals, couples and groups. Prior to beginning her private practice, Debra worked as a psychotherapist, supervisor and Clinical Program director for two local agencies. She also taught classes and facilitated groups on adoption and infertility, stress management, avoiding burnout, organization and skill development, and time management.
Debra earned her Masters in Social Work from SUNY at Albany, NY. In addition to Small Business and Life Coach training, she has had advanced postgraduate training in areas such as alcohol and substance abuse, cognitive behavioral skills, marital counseling, stress management, communication skills, and clinical intervention techniques.

Debra also has studied photography and has a passion for travel and nature photography and uses her creativity to produce digitally enhanced images and projects. |

Lillian Steinmann is a professional coach and psychotherapist working with individuals, families and groups.
As a coach, she has worked with people to plan for success in areas such as small business development, students working toward their PhD, tenure track professors, couples who want to deepen their relationships, weight loss and artists wishing to enhance their creativity.
Lillian is a graduate of the Mentor Coach program. She has worked with clients locally nationally, and internationally.
Lillian's clinical psychotherapy practice has spanned 20 years. Before starting in private practice, she worked with a local family service agency as a clinician and supervisor to various EAP programs, consulting with business and providing workshops of stress management, communication, organization, time management and substance abuse.
Lillian was trained as a painter and continues her enthusiasm for all forms of art. she was also a professional singer and music continues to be one of her passions.
Prior to obtaining her Masters Degree in Social Work from Syracuse University, Lillian was a teacher of children and adults. As a former teacher, she is committed to assisting professionals who are "enthusiastic about their own learning as well as their students."
Lillian is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
